Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a murky light brown colour with little life. The aroma is malt, light orange tangerine citrus. The flavour is light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, herbal, malt, melon mango palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Can’t say I enjoyed this. Struggled to drink half a pint. The brewery really needs to be more careful about what they let out of the door. I paid a premium price for this but I’d be happier drinking Carling.

Cask at White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a thin bubbly white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, apricot, peach, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Nice rich IPA from Odyssey, so good I had 3 pints.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a misty milky pale yellow, small white head. Sweet, sugary nose, lemony hints. Excellent pale as always from Odyssey, perhaps a little sugary, but some good fruity citric expressions present.

Can split at Columbus, picked up online, 31/07/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with an off white crown. Nose is stewed fruits, caramel, figs, sugars, orange zest. Taste comprises sweet malts, sugars, oak, toffee, orange peel, light spice, dates, figgy jam. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol. Ok sipper but I'd expected a little more from this one.
