On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Cloudy golden appearance with a medium white head. Aroma is fresh fruits and floral, figs, chamomile, so delicate! Flavour is in blanche style with a touch of fruits, tasty! Light body, light carbonation. Nice.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Brown-reddish appearance with a nice and persistent off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, brown sugar, ripe fruits. Flavour is very sweet, caramel, sugar, with a light bitter end. Medium body, light carbonation. A bit boring.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Cloudy golden color with a little but persistent white head. Aroma of malt, bread, cereals, hay, grass, nice! Flavour is medium sweet with a perfect little bitter end, fresh and tasty. Light body, perfect carbonation. What an amazing beer!

On tap at the King Arthur pub in Ciampino-Italy. Pours a fantastic dark brune color with ruby reflexes and a medium frothy off white foam. Great appearance. In the nose this Abbey Dubbel mirrors the distinctive elegance of the brewer in all the beers he makes. The roasted malts, caramel, dry fruit are all there but gently mild and never disturbing. Bravo. Mouth: pretty much a Dubbel in style with a smoother body which talks to the aroma I have described above. Sardinia on! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at King Arthur pub in Ciampino-Italy. Pours truly cloudy dark golden color, white medium foam head. Nose: Prickly pears (Sardinian ones), soft nose of spring fields, elegant. On tap at the King Arthur pub in Ciampino-Italy. With Gianluca and mortlach. Pours cloudy and shy golden color, frizzy white cap with minimal retention. Nose: farmhouse elegant feel, never rough. Hazy white color, pungent nose with some fig and soap. Light med body with moderate spicing. Well balanced. Nice stuff.
