33cl bottle from Grand Cru, Santarcangelo, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with medium grain white foam. Aroma is somehow phenolic, grassy. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is limited in sweetness, low in bitterness, with some sourness. Finish is average.

Good clear brown body, balanced smoked flavour and not too intense. It's a decent smoked beer, not too overbearing.

0.33 bottle at the source in Cagliari (Italy). Reportedly an English Barley Wine, dedicated to the brewer's wife. Chestnut skin color, opalescent. Off-white gassy foam, low and irregular. Nose is earthy, caramel, molasses, chestnut jam. Mouth: charming bw, a firm bitterness, meant for aging imo. A very good one.

Tap at the source in Cagliari (Italy). Black pour, regular and tick brownish foam. Nose: roasted barley, burnt malts. Mouth: watery and dry palate, balanced Stout, quite simple and solid.
