From the tap, at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Sweetness from the pump. Pours hazy amber with limited very fine foam, white. Aroma is resinous and terrain, also floral. Body is light and with light carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some low level of sweetness. Finish is quite long, with residual bitterness.

Handpump @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata carica, limpida, schiuma media bianco sporca, molto persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, caramello, nocciole tostate, note erbacee e floreali. In bocca è equilibrata e ben fatta, base di malto importante con buon amaro finale a chiudere. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.

From33 bottle. Pours dark amber, actually brown, with a big pop of foam at opening. Aroma is caramel, dried fruits, malty. Body is actually light, with lots of carbonation in the beginning, maybe too much. Taste is sweet, but balanced by some bitterness. Finish is short.

On tap at Brasserie 4:20, Rome. Pours black with small tan head. Roasted malts, chocolate, sweetish with some bitterness in finish. Dry. Quite thin.

On tap @EurHop 2016 (Rome). Pours deep amber with a medium head. Aroma is malty with a delicate smokey touch, after a while a touch of Sardinia appears (myrtle berry). Flavour is very balanced and elegant, medium sweet with a delicate malt profile, light smoked notes and a delicate bitterness. Still a touch of Sardinia. Medium to light body, light carbonation. Refined. Bravo!

From bottle. Beer is a loaded gold, with abundant white foam. Body is light, typical of weizen. Aroma had some banana, and spicy. Taste has less sweetness than average weizen, but significantly more spices. Maybe also some bitterness. Palate has more spiciness, and some sparkleness. Tap at Luppolo Station, Rome-Italy. Amber bright pour, tick and big off-white foam. Nose: smoked scamorza cheese, smoked fresh ricotta. Mouth: easy drinkable beer, sharp smoked gill with a sparkling pepper finish.

Bottle of 33cc opened at home. Lots of foam literally bursts out at opening, with a loud pop. Color is loaded golden, with medium body. Aroma is clearly sliced from Saison yeast, with notes of honey (arbutus unedo is used in this beer). Taste is almost equally interesting, although the alcoholic feeling is a little too marked.
