Aromas are a mix of citrus and resin hops with some straw. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter with citrus coming on stronger. Not bad, not great.

Aromas are muted resin hops with a little citrus. Flavors are better with grapefruit and a touch of lemon coming out, slightly more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Decent body, likewise finish. Nice beer.

Aromas are muted wheat beer. Flavors are little better with the clove and banana coming out. Good balance between sweet, bitter and carbonation. Okay beer but nothing special.

Date stamp is 6 June 22. Aromas are slightly old resin hops with some citrus and pale malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose and a little better. Old Hops recede and citrus comes forward. Good balance between sweet, bitter and carbonation. Not bad, not great.

The aromas are citrus and caramel malt. Flavors are like nose, bittersweet with decent carbonation and body. Finish follows flavors, a bit chewy and another hint of a flavor I can't quite place. Decent enough but not great.

Loose can from HyVee, Spencer, IA, July 2012. Foams up pretty big just as I pull the tab, but luckily not at gusher level. So it also pours a big hefe head. Smell is rather slight as the style goes. Maybe just a bit of clove, but little banana or weizen esters. Pale hazy yellow beer once the beer peeks out from the foam. However, it seems way too fizzy. That may be just compared to other packaged hefeweizens, but it's kind of hard to get into this one. Taste tends to the sweeter side, with little wheat malt of hop to balance out. Some dregs poured into the glass at the end of the can help it out by adding the expected banana and clove notes.

Sampled from the tap at El Bait Shop. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet onion and mango with a bit of citrus and light sweet grains underlying. Flavor has grass and melon up front with some earthy citrus and a bit of sweet grain backing.
