Draft. Dark mahogany beer with a tan head. Caramel and light chocolate aroma with spice. Xmas spice and caramel flavor with light chocolate. Medium bodied. Xmas spice and caramel linger with light chocolate.

Pours a cloudy copper with a very small head. Aroma is green coffee beans and roasted nuts. Flavor is more green coffee roasted nuts and a little ester from the trappist yeast. Alcohol is not a problem mine says this is 8% not the 9.2% listed here. Kind of thin but a decent coffee flavored beer with a minor Belgian yeast ester.

Decent beer, feels a little astringent and lacking body for 6% alc. Not Local's best, but still mediocre. Local SF.

I think the balance between hops malt and alcohol here could be improved upon. Not 'full' enough, tastes a bit alcohol-like. Just an okay ipa. Local sf

Hazy amber with no head retention. The aromas are fresh citrus and melon hops with some pale malt. Flavors are like nose, with a nice balance between sweet tart and a little bitter. Juicy. Good body and finish. Very nice beer.

Bitterness sneaks up on you. Not overdone but surprising for a hazy. The aromas are fresh citrus with a little pine resin hops and some dry grain. Flavors are mildly sweet at first, plenty of hobs with some bitter burn coming on later. Lots of carbonation. Decent enough beer.
