Excellent! Probably the American sahti closest to Finnish sahti, as far as I've had. Tastes quite raw, no hop bitterness, good amount of spruce, forest fruit yeast.

A great Danish historical style I'm not familiar with. Partially raw malt, very lightly smoked. Delicious! LCI

Great sourdough beer. I was amused to try this, their 6th anniversary beer, days after the 7th anniversary beer haha.

Arumas are slightly skunky citrus, resin, MJ hops with some malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose starting bittersweet going to bitter. A touch soft mouth. Drinkable but nothing special.

Excellent, classic-style DIPA! There's no haze in this brewery. Extra notch because it was bottled in November.

Goddamn, this is a perfect beer. Never heard of a Kaves, a historic style from a town between Brussels and Antwerp, but "Belgian Multigrainwine" is a decent descriptor. Sweet malts, smooth grainy, low hop presence, expressive Belgian yeast. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Great Maibock! Better than a lot of German ones.

Polish-style Bocks are an unrepresented style.
