Utilizing an alchemical approach to a foundation of sound brewing techniques, WarPigs USA pushes the boundaries of the known beer universe to create arcane libations for exploring this realm and beyond. Welcome to the retrofuture of brewing.
2021 marked the dawn of a new era for WarPigs USA. Four years ago, we launched into this vast galaxy of beer and have forged great partnerships in the industry along the way. Our team has accomplished much — and with a firm foundation and steadfast resolve — we now look forward to continuing the mission on our own. WarPigs USA is no longer a collaboration project. We are now independent and looking toward our future in brewing. Per aspera ad astra.
Admin Note: In 2021 3 Floyds separated from Mikkeller and launched WarPigs USA Brewing. Beers are brewed at 3 Floyds Brewing in Munster, IN.

12 ounce can from Niemuth's, 9/1/23. Hazy copper, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of strong bubblegum, clove. Taste is bubblegum, stone fruit, spice, clove, yeast. Slick, tad bit sweet.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a one finger white head. It smells very citrusy. It tastes mild to moderately bitter with juicy, citrus flavors, some hop resin, and malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Pretty good. Note: I think Warpigs USA beer is brewed in the US. I’m not sure why RB has it as Denmark. There is no longer any partnership.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear copper gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Grapefruit, papaya and honeydew melon aromas on the nose. More of the same on the palate with cantaloupe, melon and pineapple flavors. Drinks dangerously for the abv. Very enjoyable.

Hazy pale yellow pour. Smells of tropical fruit and hop resin. Mangoes, oranges, and melon. There’s moderate bitterness to go with the fruit and a solid malt body. Very good.

Moving my rating from the Denmark version. Single can from Binny's 5-7-23. Basic IPA smell with a hint of that citrus peel. Pours clear good color with a big foamy head. Taste is a nice IPA too, at first I would have said it's not too hoppy, but the piney bitterness is sneaking up on me. Catching perhaps some residual sweetness. Citrus peel finally plays in a bit midway through. Rather casual and enjoyable.
