Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks David Cohen. Hazy orange color. Aroma of malt, grainy notes, caramel and a bit of hops. Sweet malty flavor, a bit grainy, with caramel and some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium to full-bodied. No noticeable alcohol.

341mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a thin white head. Aroma is hops and sweet malt. Flavour follows suit, with more hop-pronounced. Lingering citrus-y and mildly bitter aftertaste. Great IPA.

This little waxed twist off bottle is courtesy of tpd975. Wax twist off? I think that’s a first for me. Pours hazy deep copper with thin off white head. The aroma brings up muted pine then moving into dark fruitiness, oxidized apricot meat and a touch of heat to the snoot. The taste begins sweet with muddly puddly chewy malts and then turning into a modest sensation of crisp pine hop bitterness and malts. Toward the finish sweet aged muted pine hops and then thin layers of dark fruitiness take this to closure.

From '09...Malt hits me first mixed in with a nice edge to it. Slowly leaves the place to a surprisingly sweet taste. Good dollop of hops

Bottle: Poured a cloudy deep amber color ale with a rather larger frothy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit hops with nice caramel malt backbone. Taste is not bitter at all but more dominated by citrus and grapefruit notes with some light piney notes as well with a huge caramel malt backbone. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very good execution of a West Coast style IIPA.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty yellow color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt with not much other characteristic distinguishable. Taste is also dominated by light sweet malt with some very subtle floral notes and some cereal notes are also distinguishable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but nothing extraordinary - not the best this brewery has to offer.

A deep dark poter with a thick lacing moka head. Nice roasted malts and chocolate aroma, with molasses, and dark fruits. In mouth, a nice soothing and silky chocolate with discreet roasted character, woody, bitter, and coffee grounds. Rich and complex porter. Bottle from Piscator32, thanks Kris.
