Bottle at home, darker hazy golden beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, sweet, malt, banana. Taste is the same, sweet, wheat, banana, cloves, fruity, wheat tart at end. nice one.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals, moderate bitterness.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. A bit metallical. Shy lemon hints. Finish more balanced. Okay.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Fine yeasty notes, not too sweet. Some hints of some herbs, some hay. Finish well balanced. Nice!

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Again thanks a lot, mate! BB 17.06.2026. Didn´t like the bottle structure and the zip off cap. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grainy grassy hay bitterhop on the nose. Taste is soft grainy with caramel, cereales and bitterhop. Way better than the smell. Mid carbonation.

It is a good beer with powerful notes of vanilla and sweetness, perfect at the end of a meal with an ice cream or apfelstruddel, 11.10.2017, drinking it at Paris, Mercure Hotel, buying it at the Bierhandlung, during one trip in Freiburg, in june 2017, if I am not wrong.
