Description
For the better part of a decade we have been dreaming and doing. North Hero Hops & Agriculture is coming into its 11th season while our brewery, Kraemer & Kin is moving into it’s 4th year in 2023. It's been a wild and hard hustling few years. A few broad strokes of our trajectory; we launched in 2020 out of Levi & Christie’s 20x30 garage. The garage was a small but quite the kickass little brewery nuculator space. In early 2022 we dismantled our little garage brewery engine and moved the whole operation further north to the basement of the Alburg Golf Links clubhouse. Additionally, we took over clubhouse operations and morphed the space into our taproom/brewhouse/restaurant, exciting stuff! In the expansion of our operations to the Alburg Golf Links we have gained a stunning public space that overlooks a western facing bay on Lake Champlain bay. Its the kind of view that encourages you to relax and stay awhile.

Draft at the source. Crystal clear bright golden color, white head with solid lacing. Aroma of lightly earthy coffee grounds and subtle stonefruit. Taste is earthy light roasty fruity coffee. Nice

Draft at the source. Crystal clear golden color, white head with solid lacing. Very subtle pepper aroma. Taste has very subtle heat. Too little for my taste, but it is easy drinking

Undated can drunk 2/19/23. Light haze, adding sediment at end. Pale, lemony-brass, medium-sized, moderately-well-retained, white head. Tasteful basil and nutty wheat with lightly fruity yeast. Mild and clean with no sharpness. Good base malt character adding dainty honey. Soft and malty in the mouth with excellent wheat texture and herbal notes from the basil that aren't overdone. Clean, wheaty, soft, flavorful.

Undated can from Winooski beverage cooler, drunk 2/17/23. Clear, copper-brass-golden. Large, well-retained, off-white head. Honey, pine, grass and spice. Not a citruy or fruity IPA which is rare, though I suppose more common with WC. Clearly that's the style here. Clean yeast, mineral, no flaw or resin, though quite piney. Not boozey. Malty with lots of toast and biscuit. Floral and pine notes with moderate bitterness. Not quite soapy. Not tons of texture, though still medium-light-bodied. No resin, not boozey but very floral.
