Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 604 (BBF 11/2019). AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma with green citrus notes (grapefruit, orange). slightly sweet malt background. APPERANCE: gold color and clear. large (excessive) off-white head with good retention. TASTE: medium to medium-high hop flavor with citrus notes (similar to aroma). almost neutral and slightly sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that lasts. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high to high carbonation. OVERALL: an IPA that resembles more styles from the americas than the UK because of the neutral malt. a bit overcarbonated. good nonethless.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 602 (BBF 11/2018). AROMA: medium-low metallic aroma, followed by a medium malt aroma. slight fermentation esters (pear-like). APPEARANCE: light ambar color and clear. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low malt flavor with a sweet-grainy character and with hints of toffee. medium-low bitterness with a slight malt tilted finish. faint cereal husk. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: the perception of this beer points towards a Blonde Ale and not a Pale Ale (any variation) like it says on the label.
