Our vision is to bring the population of China a brand that means great taste, fun and a feeling of affluence. Today's Hong Kong is the perfect place and time to take advantage of the growing interest and consumption of premium beer in the China market. Kowloon Bay Brewery will focus on differentiation. We will provide products that are fresh and preservative free, locally produced and diverse in styles. For Hong Kong’s ex-pat population, Kowloon Bay Brewery will invoke the memory of beers from back home; our focus will be having them associate our products to good memories of their own homelands.

Tap at 65 Peel. Not much aroma initially, but later on, what you'd expect, but the taste is good. Marker pens, soy sauce, bit of chocolate, lightly bitter. Nice.

On tap at Blacksalt Tavern, pours s hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy, with old, earthy hops, and bready malt. Flavour is right along the same lines, with an old, musty, earthy hop, and bready malt. Musty and old. Just bad.

Big thanks! 330 ml. Bottle split by two @ “HKHK” Tasting. BBF 28/12/2017. Darker orange, brief white head. Nose is pleasant bitter raw pine & weeds hop, clearly malty, bitter grains malt base. Taste is pleasantly grainy, nice orange & mango peel, clear bitter grain body, lingering bitter peel. Nice orange peel & grain body. Bit out of synch with the current popular IPA profile, rather old school, non-fruity bitterness, clear malt body but a pleasant tasty beer & second best of the tasting. Good stuff.
