Bottle at the RateBeer DC Cider tasting. Poured a dark golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light apple. Tart honey notes. Light apple, tartness.

12oz bottle I brought back from Poland, pours a darker gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has plenty of apples, tart and sweet, honey and perfume. Flavor is sweet with apple, tart too, perfume, acid. Acidic finish.

From a bottle at the RB cider tasting December 2016. Pours a clear very pale gold with a scant head. Floral nose. Flavors of tart apple peel. Tart finish.
