Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, very lightly sparkling golden colored cider. The aroma has a dryish apple aroma, with cores, fresh red apples, grass notes and some alcohol. Some faint pear hints too. It's dry, softly carbonated and lightly warming on the palate, with red apples, some grass and apple cores and a faintly woody, tannin-ish touch. Soft, lighlty warming and quite tasteful finish. A bit high in alcohol, else it's a fine one indeed. 200820

Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear pale yellow colored cider, sparkling but headless. The aroma is pleasant, but a bit weak I think. Fresh apples, grass notes, apple jam, some apple cores and even a hint of overripe pears. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and with a light sourness. Fresh apples, apple core hints and a touch of grass in the flavor, which by the way feels less complex than the aroma. Long apple finish. An easy drinkable one, tasteful and refreshing too, but I'd like more complexity in the flavor. As a drinking cider it works just fine though. 200805

Bottle, 75cl corked. Close to impossible to get the cork out of the bottle, but when I finally managed to do so without any cork going into the cider, it poured a clear, almost still straw yellow color. The aroma has a touch of funk, but mostly it's fresh apples. I wouldn't mind a more pronounced flavor, or more complex flavor, but it's sure pleasant as it is. Hopefully it will evolve over time. The alcohol is well hidden, it's full-bodied, dry and with a little carbonation. Fresh apples, hints of grass and apple cores, some orchard-ish notes and even a slight touch of pits. Lasting apple-fruity finish with an almost lemony sour touch. A very pleasant and dangerously easy drinkable cider indeed. 200709
