Poured from the tap @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Dark brown with small beige head. Roasty lager, mild caramel note, decent.

Can from Beer Witch: not sure if Countryfolk changed as this is a plum flavored version. Appearance is light orange with a white head. Aroma is slight plum and some spice and herbs. Sweetish, slightly bitter. Good.

Can from Appalachian; $5.91, odd price. Clear Solo cup at home. Clear, filtered pale gold pour. Big dumb head. Lingering soap scum. Peppery, sweet, light pith, innocent nose. Syrupy, grainy, weak co2, very mild soapy bitterness, disappointing subtle citrus sweetness but not enough to identify. Very ho-hum.

1/11/2024. Draft at California Kitchen & Craft Pub, Seoul. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with an orange tint and a frothy white head. Aroma has masses of sweet stewed banana, clove, tart citrus, peach, wheat, malt, straw. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, light foamy carbonation. Quite liked it.

FLAVOR- surprisingly smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, strong but not harsh alcohol, very fruity, tropical and exotic, citrusy, peach. Medium bodied. Very good.

[33cl can “brewed in the EU” for Beer52.] A clear straw coloured pour with a loose white head; grainy aroma with a little citrus; sweet cereal grain taste; and a sweet orange citrus finish.
