On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky brown. Bready malts, bourbon, rye on the nose. Flavour has tons of bourbon barrels, rye malts, bread crusts. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Peders. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Tons of rye bread, dark sugars, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has a ton of rye bread malts, caramelized brown sugar, bourbon barrels. Rich with deep rye flavour, fantastic.

Bottle pour at Peders, pours black, no head. Nose is complex as hell, with tons of port wine, huge oak, and dark sugars. Flavour is super complex, with intense oak, big bourbon notes, some port wine, and a touch of spicy rye. Cohesive and surprisingly easy-drinking for the gravity and three barrel influence. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Peders, pours a deep dark brown, tiny beige head. Aroma has tons of spicy, earthy rye bread, moderate bourbon presence, and dark sugars. Flavour is like drinking liquid rye bread, with moderate bourbon presence and dark sugars. So much rye. It’s good but maybe a bit monolithic.
