On tap at Peders, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a very nice campfire smoke character, biting hops, and some crisp crackery malt. Flavour has moderate campfire smoke, light ash, and a crisp crackery finish. Reasonable structure, very smoky finish. Pleasant.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark brown/black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of spelt, toasted grains, bready caramel, and brown sugar. Flavour is full of intensely spicy rye, bready toffee, caramel, and massive bourbon. Rich, decadent and spelt-like. Fantastic.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is super rich, with deep brown sugar, dark dried fruits, and big bourbon notes. Flavour is super rich and complex, with intense dark dried fruits, brown sugar, huge bourbon barrels, toffee, and caramel. Huge bourbon and dark dried fruits. Complex as hell.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of dark rye, bready malt, and a touch of barrels. Flavour is full massive spicy rye, backed by lots of brown sugar, caramel, and bready malt. Rich, sweet, and spicy. Very good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has rich bourbon barrels, some sherry-like oxidation, and brown sugar. Flavour is rich, with lots of brown sugar, bourbon barrels, toffee, and sherry. Huge barrels and deep cohesive complexity. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has intense coconut and cashews upfront, followed by cocoa and bourbon barrels. Flavour is rich as hell, with intense coconut upfront, rich cashews, some cocoa, dark sugars, and bourbon barrels. Really nice incorporation of the cashews. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is full of cognac, light maple syrup, dark sugars, and some spicy spelt. Flavour is intensely barrel-dominated, with spicy rye, bourbon barrels, cognac, and maple syrup undertones. Lots of complex barrel. This is fantastic.
