On tap at Peders. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Fantastic dry, smoke on the nose. Flavour has a gentle smoke, cracker malts, grassy hops. The hops are a bit on the weak side, but the smoke character is nice.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours dark mahagony with a white head. Bready malts, crusts, caramel on thebnose. Flavour has bready malts, caramel, crusts. Quite sweet. Very good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Spicy bready malts, dry maple, and cognac barrels on the nose. Flavour has tons of fantastic bready, spicy malt character, lots of cognac barrels and maple syrup. Incredible.
MBCC 2025, Green Session. A clear dark reddish brown beer. Aroma of dried fruits, boozy dark malt. Taste of bourbon, vanilla, dried fruits, sweet dark malt.
MBCC 2025, Green Session. A clear very dark brown beer. Aroma of caramelized dark malt, bourbon, booze. Taste of sweet sticky dark malt, bourbon, vanilla.
Heavy, warming and sweetish with some barrel, malts, caramel and toffee.
Nice malty overdose with loads of barrel, oak, wood and toffee, some prunes and figs. Quite complex and tasty.

MBCC. Clear very dark brown without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, dried fruit and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet fnish with heavy alcohol. Oily and boozy. 240525
