Eine der vielen tschechischen Kleinbrauereien am CBF Wien ist diese aus Kojetín. Das Frajer fand ich noch in keinem Supermarkt, weshalb ich mich sehr darüber freute. Vom Fass erfreute dieses ISA mit schönen blumigen 🌺 Aromen in einem milden, leicht zitronigen 🍋 Hefebad. Ein schönes, nicht zu tiefes Bier, für den Sommer.

Tap at Kostelecke chmelovarek. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light juicy sweetness. Lots of citrusy hops character, fresh feeling. Tasy, easy drinking, quite good.

Tap at Brustok 2024. Murky red body, pinkish head. Perfumey aroma, pellety somehow, red currant. Lean dry taste, red fruit, coriander, taste, soft, early traces of chlorophenols. Huh, didn't sit with me entirely.

Tap at Brustok, huge thx Jiří! Very dark brown body, off-white head. Caramel, raisins, light dry fruit in the aroma. Dry, nutty caramelly taste, loads of walnuts, wood, earthy, light alcohol, lean and very nice!
