1/7/2026. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Good pour. Aroma is toffee, apple, apple pie, touch funky, hints of elderflower and floral honey. Medium sweet, light tartness. Drying finish. Bit foamy. Quite liked it.

Panda from Ed. Thank you. Opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head primarily sticks to the rim. Aroma has a dry sourness with a good sugary sweetness in the mix. Flavourwise it has an initial light tangy sourness which remains throughout, however sugary sweetness soon appears. A light pithy bitterness is more evident into the finish. Light. Thin. Flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Easy drinking.

330ml can from Roosters online shop. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, sugar, with alittle meaty funk, vanilla and light drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweet & dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Can 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Aroma of appley tannins and pith. Medium body, leathery tannins, slightly tart perhaps even with a hint of wild yeast. Dry apples all through. Nice craft cider. 310326

Almost clear golden with a thin white cap that veers to the edge.
Nose is modest apple, herb, hint of liquorice, straw.
Taste comprises mellow apple, straw, tannins, grains.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Not unpleasant but not much going on tbh.

330ml can from Roosters. Hazy yellowy golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, pulpy, straw, acetic funk. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, skin, with slightly acetic funky notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry slick acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
