From bottle at SBWF 2022. Poured clear golden in color, no head. Strong apple scent and flavor with warming alcohol, touch of wood and honey sweetness.

--Bottled at SBWF. -- Clear blushing golden. Concentrated ripe apple aroma. Sweet with full body and viscous, rounded mouthfeel. Honey and syrup, concentrated apples. Warming finish.

33 cl bottle @ home, batch #001, BBE 09.12.2022 Aroma is odd with mashed apples and jam. Flavour is unusual with menthol, metallic vibes and alcohol. Finishes dry and watery with floury and mashed apples. Rather unusual cider, not my cup of tea.

Sample at Helsinki Beer Fesetival 2019, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with no head. Aromas and flavours: Apples, some sweetness, some wood... very good. Some ripe tasty apples in flavour.

[5/11/2019] Bottle at Holm Ciderbar & Butik in Copenhagen. Clear orange. Apples, caramel, cookie, sweet, a bit of honey, rounded, smooth. Really good.
