Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet and intense apples. Nice full apple taste with a balance of natural sugars and some acidity. Nice.

(Sample from a bottle at Gallows Bird Kekri 2018) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apples, sweetness and tartness. Palate was full bodied and sticky with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, sweetness, tartness and lightly sourness. Aftertaste was warming and sweet. A pleasant strong cider.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Kekri 2018) The cider poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tart apples, sourness and lightly spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, tartness, fruitiness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was tart. A nice tart cider

Sample (12%) @ Kahdet Kasvot as "Kuura Ice Cider 2016". Aroma has somewhat intensive with floury apples and apple juice extract. Also some apple peel and very ripe apples. Flavour has alcohol, very ripe apples, apple peel and appel juice extract. Intense but I expected more. Apples are nicely intense here but just too ripe. The overripeness and flouryness of the apples kind of ruins this but I suppose it is not about the cidery but about the apples.
