27/II/20 - 100ml tiny bottle @ a pretty big tasting for a workday, BB or bottled(?): 28/I/2018 (2020-174) Thanks to Nisse666 for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, practically no head, small rim of dark brown bubbles for a head, slightly stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, dried fruits, prunes, sourish, smoky, tobacco, meaty, little smoky. MF: sweet and sugary start, caramel, very oxidized, spicy, bitter touch, nice roast. Aftertaste: soft acidity, dried prunes, raisins, sweet touch, alcohol, some chocolate, nice and interesting!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Vova. Hazy amber. Caramel, overripe fruitiness, wood, a bit of mushroom, earth, a bit farty, sourish, a bit umami, alcohol. Kinda OK, but weird.

Flaska från bottleshop i Polen. Tjock vätska, svart, ingen kolsyra. Väldigt osäker på vad detta ska vara. Doft och smak av soja, marinad, en touch av balsamico, djupt ner en syrlighet. Drack bara ett par cl av det och räckte gott och väl. Svårt att veta hur denna ska rate:as.

Bottle split at L6 Tasting, thanks to Kenny, 27/06/19. Very lightly hazed amber with a beige cap. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, light acidic nostril flicker, dried fruits, sharp and tangy, damp wood. Taste comprises sharp fruit esters, light bretted tones, spice, wood must, damp hay, tangy. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Not great … infected @the infect?

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, a touch of liquorice, fruity hints of cherry and plum, blackberry, raspberry, smoky overtones with a chipotle touch. Taste is sweet-ish caramel malty, roasty and chocolately dark malty, slightly fruity and peppery spicy, minimally smoky, notes of caramel, dark chocolate, hints of plum, cherry and blackberry, some raspberry as well, chipotle; accumulating chili spiciness. full body, viscous texture, smooth and soft palate. I love this brewery (seperate from its lovely implemented Greek antiquity concept) - well, they offer some mediocre brews - but some of the more ambitious beers are not less than world class... and this one comes close as well.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark purple colour with small, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Mildly bretty funky and vinous, fruity aroma, earthy and slightly spicy notes of blue grapes, morello, a cautious touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, black pepper, some sauerkraut. Taste is dry, tart, mildly bretty, funky, slightly tangy, earthy fruity, notes of blue grapes, some morello, very subtle residual sweetness with a touch of plum, herbal-leafy overtones, a cautious touch of sauerkraut and pickles, some woody dryness. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate. Quite complex, very balanced, harmonious and integrated, not in any single point overdone or one-sided, neither too sour nor too bretty or dominated by a single fruit.

100ml bottle. Jet black colour with some tan bubbles on top. Intense, condensed, alcoholic, roasty dark malty and peppery spicy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, brandy, some chili, treacle, caramel, molasses, herbal liqueur, lovage. Taste is sweet-ish, alcoholic, roasty dark malty and sour peppery spicy, notes of chili, dark chocolate; accumulating peppery spiciness. Oily to viscous texture, smooth, soft and slightly cloying palate. Extreme but still drink-able, relatively balanced and not as alcoholic as expected.
