On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours deep brown with a medium and persistent beige head. Aroma of resin, pine, grapefruit, strong roasted notes. Flavour is light malty, roasted, witha medium and persistent bitter end. medium body, low carbonation. A bit rough, but not bad overall.

Draft @ Barborteur Beerdays #1, 14.5.2016. Léger orangé, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est léger malté two-row, note de crystal ou Munich, CA lager levure avec une petite note de fruits rouges en rétro. Palais est léger malté, crystal et pâle, avec encore un petite côté de baies rouges. Levure lager persiste en fin de bouche, le tout semble avoir une note fine de dms yaourt avec une touche épicée sur la fin assez frais, houblonné de Northern Brewer qui laisse une note de menthe sur la fin?

Draft @ Barborteur Beerdays #1, 14.5.2016. dorée/paille, col épais crémeux beige. Arôme met un grand coup au niveau houblonné, le tout est très frais, fruité tropical avec un côté de mandarine voire de frisco glacé et presque une touche de groseille à maquereau. Palais est très fruité, mandarine, tropical, sur base malté modérée de pâle. Le côté fruité reste le point fort de cet APA.

Draft @ Barborteur Beerdays #1, 14.5.2016. Dorée/orangée, col crémeux blanc tenace. Arôme au nez fruité, agrumes, fruité perce en rétro-nasal apportant un petit côté pin voire résineux. Palais est léger offrant de belles notes d’IPA; agrumes, pointes vertes, citronné et herbacé sur un fini sec avec une pointe de résineux et une amertume persistante.
