16oz can. Winter IPA. Big, bold, C hops. Chinook is righteous. Takes you back 20 years or so. Really nice malt tone, great steady hops. I could drink this any day of the year. Excellent beer.

Draught @ Hopleaf, Chicago (Oct 2024). Clear reddish brown with a foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste over a spicy foundation, smooth body, long caramel finish. Good marzen.

16oz can. Bigger smoke feel than a typical smoked Helles, which is nice. Zesty noble hops balance it out. Medium to full bodied, lots of flavor, depth. Good stuff.

16oz can. Tastes like a hazy, more sweet than bitter. Citra and Mosaic pretty much change what could've been an actual NZ IPA. I get some onion from the Citra. Decent for sure, but not quite what I had hoped for.

16oz can. Rather bold and rich for the style. Has some sourness, some bite, in addition to the puree berry tone. Fuller bodied than most of its peers, all around pretty well done. The flavor of the thickbois without the super sugary feel. Good.

16oz can. I'd call this an IPL..well...because it is. Big IPA level hop tone. Sort of a sweet body, marmalade-like. Has a nice balance but the recipe is a little bit of a mess to me..wheat and oat aren't really a bonus. Drinkable for sure, but..

16 oz. can from Orange & Brew, packaged 11/30/23. Big tan cola head over a solid black body. Roasty malt smell, slight ale fruitiness. Taste comes close to a Guinness, but it's fizzier. Goes down nicely. Thick mouthfeel, like something that should have more alcohol than it actually does.

16oz can. Crackery, bready malts. Pleasantly bitter balance. Approaches a true Kolsch a lot closer than most. Clean, well attenuated. Excellent full noble hop tone. Perfectly sessionable medium body.

16oz can. Pretzely, bright. Really clean, has a nice true tone. Quite well attenuated, not sweet. Straightforward but subtle and delicious too. Barky, bready, crusty undertones. Steady noble hops. Good.

16oz can. Booming bright Citra tone. Juicy as hell without the oats and wheat and all that. Awesome IPA, has some malt but oh so clean and just a phenomenal hop tone.
