Bottle 0.33l from the brewery, one year aged. Cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- apricot yoghurt, citrusy. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, slightly bitter, apricot, citrusy, coriander, hibiscus. Medium bodied.

Taster straight from the tank, huge thanks to brewmaster! Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- very pleasant, mint, mango, guava. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, mint, lime, basil, melon, apple. Medium bodied. Very nice one.

Bottle 0.33l, another batch than that from the tank. One year aged. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- apple, strongly herbal - basil, peppery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, too strong basil on nice apple and citrusy base. Medium bodied.
Basil massacre, not very pleasant. This batch is much worse.

(Draft) Hazy dark brown with pale brown head, aroma of nuts and biscuits. Medium body, well carbonated. Rich taste - nuts, toffee malt, fruit notes, some gentle tartness, very modest bitterness. Very good.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewpub, Seoul. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- bubble gum, yeasty, citrus peel, coriander, apple. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, slightly bitter, nice coriander, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Taster at the brewpub, Seoul; many thanks to brewmaster Joe. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- pleasantly fruity, citrusy, tropical fruit, jelly, resinous. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, juicy, full of fruit, floral, jelly. Medium bodied. Pretty good West Coast IPA.
