On tap at Ash Tree, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is very complex, with lots of fragrant wild yeast, gentle fruitiness, and oak — real nice. Flavour is delicate and complex, with a real nice wild yeast character, some rustic saison yeast, and fairly dry oak. Delicately constructed and blended. Excellent.

On tap at Ash Tree, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle grape skins, wild yeasts and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is somewhat minty, with subtle grape skins, wild yeast, and rustic farmhouse notes. Interesting minty character that clouds out the grapes. Odd but pretty good.

On tap at Ash Tree, pours jet black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out rich dark cocoa, light espresso, and some roast. Flavour is dry and robust, with dry cocoa, roasted malt, earthy hops, and bitter espresso. Finishes dry, hearty and drinkable despite its robustness — good balance. Nice stuff.

On cask at Ash Tree, pours a cloudy orange with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and very soft hops. Flavour is very restrained, with bready malt and some bittering hops. Pretty on par for the style really, albeit a little punchier in the hops. Solid.

On tap at Ash Tree, pours an opaque cloudy yellowish blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is gently dank, with some chalk, and green citrus hops. Flavour is green and chalky, with very green hops and raw dankness. Tastes unfinished and raw. Too green and harsh for me. Not a fan.

On tap at Ash Tree, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings very subdued earl grey along with rustic saison yeast. Flavour needs a bit more bergamot character, as it's pretty laid back — decent rustic saison yeast character in back. Subdued and timid but fine.
