--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Rubyish black with fizzy head. Aroma of sour cherries. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Yeasty sourness, some cherries and buckwheat crackers. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Very deep rubyish black colour, small white beigeish head. Aroma is nutty, some floral tones with some toffee and mild sour wooden tones. Flavour is sour wooden, some fruity, floral and mild alcohol and some spicy tones. Somewhat tart. Some kind of infection going on there.

ABV: 6.6%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - roasted, caramel, dark malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, blackcurrant, dark berries, sour berry touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark berries, berry sour, dark malt, caramle, sweet yeast - belgian yeast, caramel, belgian yeast, sour berry touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. [20221210]

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very roasted flavor. Long heavy bitter roasted finish. Creamy palate. Nice.
