Description
In October 2021, the planets were finally aligned and this idea that had been germinating for years finally took shape: to create an artisanal micro-brewery, open to the public, where people could, in one place, discover the production unit and how the beer is brewed, taste it on the spot or take it away.

In September 2022, after several months of training and work, the brewery finally opens.

--Keg at the brewpub. -- Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready with caramel and dark berries. Mid bitter finish.

--Keg at the brewpub. -- Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with apricot, mirabelles and chalk. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with grass and mirabelles, some disturbing chalk. Mid bitter finish.

--Keg at the brewpub. -- Hazy dark straw colour, small head. Fruity nose with banana and bun dough. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Wheat buns, banana and cloves. Low bitterness. Refreshing.
