(At RBESG 2006) Light yellow color, small to no head. Sour scent, like wine. Sour watery taste and mouth feel. No bitterness.

A light orange cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apply with just a hint of acidity. While the flavor is dry and bitter with a light apple acidity.
