Taster at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Clear red pour. Certainly a raspberry & maple nose, touch of vanilla. Smooth maple & raspberry taste, touch more vanilla coming through. Sweet warming finish. Nice.

20/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is floral, honey, bready, blossom, hint of polythene. Quite sweet with mild bitterness. Medium body, smooth, low carbonation. Very good sweet and tangy mead.

Panda thanks to Ed. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody honey, paint, vanilla, oak tannin, harsh alcohol. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oily, rounded vanill beans, oaky wood, banana chew, golden syrup, warming alcohol, Palate is medium sweet, rounded, full bodied, oily, still. Nice.
