Red colour, no head and aroma of raspberry, wafer, coconut hint, peanut butter, Taste is sweet honey, juicy raspberry, alittle tart, with vanilla, coconut, wafer, then some booze and peanut butter notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, low carbonation, juicy tart and sweet lingering honey & raspberry at the finish. Very sippable.

Taster at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Clear red pour. Certainly a raspberry & maple nose, touch of vanilla. Smooth maple & raspberry taste, touch more vanilla coming through. Sweet warming finish. Nice.

Taster at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Clear purple pour. Blueberry jam, blackcurrant & sweet spice nose. Taste is blueberry jam, sweet spice, lots of jammy dark fruits. Sweet & very warming. Lovely!

20/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is floral, honey, bready, blossom, hint of polythene. Quite sweet with mild bitterness. Medium body, smooth, low carbonation. Very good sweet and tangy mead.

20/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is honey, lightly woody, caramel, vanilla, hints of bourbon. Quite sweet with mild bitterness. Medium body, smooth, sticky, low carbonation. Nice sipper. Liked it.
