On tap at Bir & Fud, Rome on 5th July 2018. Clear gold with shallow white foam and scant lacing. Grapefruit zest aroma. Rich and intense hoppiness in-mouth with grapefruit, peach and tangerine zest. A tangy, fruity finish. Zingy mouthfeel and plenty of body. Exquisite.

On tap at Open Baladin, Rome on 4th July 2018. Gold with fully lacing off-white foam. Zesty hop aroma. Rich and intense hoppiness in-mouth with zesty grapefruit, tangerine and peach. A satisfying fruity finish with savoury nuttiness. Zingy mouthfeel and plenty of body. Exquisite.

On tap at the Rebel's brewery in Rome. Muddy pale yellow pour, medium and pretty irregular white foamy head. Nose: wheaty aroma is quite there, offering yeasty-like notes. Pepper is moderate resulting quite proper and elegant. Mouth: sessionable blanche all the way, meant for Japanese food (close your eyes and imagine to pair it). The citric mouthfeel is moderate and the beer is refreshing all-in-all. Another good one from the Roman rebels...

Bottiglia ABV 5.8%. Sentori di orzo tostato e caffè vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color ocra resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è nella media e persistente. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio: l'equilibrio malto dolce / luppolo amaro è conclamato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, caffè, liquirizia, pane tostato, fiori, erba e spezie.

Caña en Cimmeria 09..06..2018. (R25). Color ámbar dorado velado con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos algo afrutados y acaramelados con buena dosis de resinosos, ligeramente herbáceos y cítricos. Cuerpo medio algo denso, bastante seco y buena sensación alcohólica. Bastante buena.
