The Barley Craft Brewery is a small and creative craft reality which promotes its products to restaurant tables of a medium to high standard, comparable to a level similar to that of wine.

The Barley beers are synonymous of originality and refinement, the result of amazing experimentations which utilize the production area's ingredients in unexpected ways. So was born a wide range of 12 beers, that enable to give an extraordinary intensity of bouquets and aromas.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Barley BB Evo Riserva 2009 ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, overriped fruit, light toffee, light to moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is moderate alcohol. [20100911]

cloudy brown, almost clear smooth white head. faint aroma, flowery, very faint red fruits??. flavor is bitter, malty, flowery, nice bitter flavor with flowery and yellow fruity notes.

Bottle 375ml. @ home.Light unclear medium to dark orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, light straw, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, flavor is very smooth, fresh overripped fruit, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100909]
