Burk från SB. Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Dammig säd och lite rå maltighet, lätt fruktig sötma men ganska torr. Saknar sötma och mjuk rund kropp som en bra ljus bock behöver. Ok

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some mild cereals, mild nectary and earthy tones. Flavour is Flavour is peachy, apricot and mild toffeeish stuff with some mild toffee tones.

Golden with some haze and small white head. Light green apple and grain in the nose. Light-bodied. Grain, some bitterness, alcohol and green apple. Not a doppelbock but ESL.

Sample (from Bock's Christmas Calendar). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grainy, some mild peppery and a bit herbal tones too. Flavour is grassy, grainy, herbal and some mild peppery tones with some mild alcohol sweetness. A bit bit bulky feel to it. More a Heller Bock than a Doppelbock.

Can. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Some curtains. Typical lager aroma with bready malts, piney, grassy and lightly peppery hops, and also some alcohol. Fruity. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, nicely carbonated and semi-sweet, with a bit low bitterness I think. Fruity flavor with some bready malts and a good hoppyness. Piney, grassy and lightly peppery. Some hints of peach. Lasting fruity finish. A quite decent pale bock this one. 241201
