Tap at the source. Hazy dark yellow in color with a decent sized bubbly white head that shows decent retention. Grapefruit and mango with a hint of earth and pineapple offset with light bready maltiness. Light astringency pretty nice.

32 oz. Growler. Flavor is big pineapple, mango, and even citrus like character. The Sabro hop does show that coconut tone. Texture is juicy with absolutely no bitterness. Starting to feel like anybody can brew a NEIPA well with some experience. Nicely crafted!

5 oz draft. Flavor is bolder then the aroma. Has chocolate, dry roast texture, mild bitterness for balance. Good amount of flavor for the gravity. Exactly as it should be. Well made.

Sample at the source. Deep brown in color with a thin off white head. Rich caramel and dark fruits with a bit of candy like sweetness and barely enough hops to balance. Pretty nice sipper but that intense candy sweetness keeps me torn.

Sample at the source. Mostly clear deep brown with faint ruby at the edges and a frothy off white head that shows some retention. rich bready crackery toasty maltiness thats never sweet. Floral spicy hops just enough the balance. There are not enough Dunkel's in this world and this one is quite good!
