Dry, thinnish bod. Lowish carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light sweet. Lots of clean roast, coffee, a bit ashy. Light chocolate. Background hops. Light English yeast present. Very classic, I only wish for a bit more bubbling.

Tap at Brūstok 2026 with the Prague tasting crew. Lightly pale yellow-golden body, off-white head. Citric, bit peachy, mildly herbal aroma. Lean, dry, citric taste, low herbal notes, bit too low bitterness for a West Coast, but not absent. Decent! Maybe "just" much better than the beers preceding it...

Tap at Brūstok 2026 with the Prague tasting crew. Dark brown body, off-white head. Chocolate and some sweetish maltiness in the aroma. Lean, dry, bit roasty taste, some chocolate, cleanish, vague floral hoppiness, smooth, bit dried out. Fell apart slightly as it warmed, but a decent take!

7.3.2026. Tap at Brustok 2026. Thinnish bod, med carbo. Med-high bitter, a hint of chlorophenolic harshness, but no dealbreaker. My main problem is a lack of any substantial hops character, vaguely grassy, echo of citrusy zest. Average even if almost clean. 4,9.

Tap at Brūstok 2026, with Gurthnar of course! Clear golden body, off-white head. Pleasant herbal (well, thyme & rosemary) aroma, lightly tart. Smooth taste, rosemary dominates, sweetish, bit dusty and spicy, okay, didn't thrill, maybe not the freshest? But has potential!

Tap at Brūstok 2026, with Gurthnar of course! Hazy dark amber body, thick off-white head. Wood and banana in the aroma. Lean, dry wood-forward taste, low banana, some light astringency... weird but kinda nice, some alcohol, sure, and I see why Gurthnar didn't like it, for me the flavor combo weridly worked. It shouldn't taste like this, but it kinda made sense.

Tap at Brustok 2026. Finally another good beer here. Not groundbreaking, but lots of the herbs are clearly present, dominating the character and then there is some base gose beeriness beneath too. Drinkable, good.

Tap at Brustok 2026. Weird woody and kind of shitty cognacy spirity thang dominates both aroma and flavour. Beeriness is subdued, there is very low carbo, hard to drink, just feels oxidized. Good intentions, but poor execution.
