Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks kerenmk. Yellow with almost no head. Aroma of paper, vegetables and grains. Slightly sweetish flavor, papery and grainy. Thin mouthfeel.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of cardboard. The body is light.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal grassy. Dry malty, herbal and slight grassy. Bitter and dry with a mild malty note. Medium bitter and herbal finish.

Clear golden wit a medium white head. Sweet and malty aroma with grainy and and mild hoppy notes. Flavour had hints of grassy hops, malt and grainy hints. Finished dry and bitter.
