12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/12/2018. Pours moderately hazy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/light tart/tangy passion fruit, peach, fruit skin, orange, apricot, pear, red apple, melon, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peach, passion fruit, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/light tart/tangy passion fruit, peach, fruit skin, orange, apricot, pear, red apple, melon, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness, herbal/floral/grassy bitterness; and light fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of passion fruit, peach, fruit skin, orange, apricot, pear, red apple, melon, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of peach, passion fruit, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness and fruit tartness balance; with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.6%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Belgian pale ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peach, passion fruit, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly tart/bitter/spicy/drying finish. Awesome balance of juicy fruits, yeast, and pale/wheat malts; with minimal residual sweetness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Draft at The Strand in Manhattan Beach, California. The pour is a hazing golden with a foamy white head that leaves nice lace behind. The aroma is citrus lemon, tangerine and orange fruit and a touch of pine resin. Cracker malt is present, though certainly below the hops. The taste is the bright fresh hops and the pine resin a bit more pronounced, cracker malt flavor is below the hops holding it together. The palate is light bodied, activa carbonation and a dry resinous finish. Easy drinking Session IPA.

Lightly hazy yellow gold, quick head. Bright citrus nose, some orange and tangerine, lemon rind. Very dry, with a lot of citrus rind and resin bitterness, but significantly lacking in malt support - so in short, it's hop juice, but surprisingly low bitterness at finish.

16 oz can poured, picked up clearly off season at The Cave, Kirkland. Poured blind in the locals only tasting, while watching the game. Wish you were here, Tcon! We are stuck trading off blind pours over here. Dark ruby brown pour, a patchy fizz head. Tons of gingerbread. A dessert stout for sure. I can't tell if I would pick it out right away in a blind, but since I know what this is, it's obvious. A good amount of spice. A very fun Christmas like brew to be enjoying here on June eve. Not bad.
