16oz can pours with a clear copper body that has thick gold edges and supports a decent light tan head. The aroma offers up some fruity esters, some grapefruit and stale pineapple with a bit of vague hop bitterness. The taste delivers a blend of apricot and citrus candy flowing into vague thin resiny bitterness. It holds onto an out of place estery fruitiness right into the finish that clashes with the hops.

16 oz can poured. Thanks to Keven for sharing. A little past the best by, but still good. I love a beer with a story behind it. I hope proceeds go to help . Dark copper pour with a foaming head. Hop heavy aroma, and a nice toasty malt, and piney flavor throughout. Cool finish. Quite tasty.

Can. Pale gold with a frothy inch of white head that collapses. Aroma of hay, some honey, grass, some pepper. Sweet with a decent grassy bitter finish. Unfortunately the malt is both a bit papery and grainy and comes across as a bit cheap. But the finish is OK.

Tap at city pub in Redwood City. Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Everything is dialed down here a bit, and the hops are moderate low in presence. Moderate wheat aroma. Not bad.

From a 500ml can on 21/12/2015. Pours a light golden/yellow with a small head. The nose is sweet malt and tropical fruit. Thereβs lots of sweet tropical and stone fruit up front (apricot peach, mango and pineapple), with a pretty firm, somewhat tart, lemon and rapefruit bitterness countering. Caramel and biscuity malt sit in the background, with a very mild warm spiciness completing the picture. Almost light bodied with slightly fizzy carbonation. Itβs certainly not without its charms, but for mine, itβs a bit too messy and rough to be considered top flight.

Can. Slightly hazy orange with a dense white head. Aroma of mandarins, herbal lemon, mango lassi. Juicy with some plain hay and wheat thatβs not all that sweet. Not very bitter but dries out enough to make it a finish. Another more than pleasant Golden Road beer that for me is just a bit too strong for what it offers.

16oz can pours with a pure gold body that supports a tall dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up some lemon and grapefruit and a bit of ripe wet clementine with thin slightly caramel like malts around the edges. The taste delivers a decent hit of bitter grapefruit and tangerine like citrus hops with thin ribbons of floral hops and spicy earthy dank hops in the background. It gets resiny with hops about midway as it becomes mildly muddled by malts. Overall this drinks pretty good.
