440ml can [as a gift from Addicted2Craftbeer, thanks a lot!]. Minimally milky, orange, golden colour with average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Resinous, piney, grassy and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally spicy and biscuity, pale malty background, hints of pineapple, a touch of grapefruit, lemon, cracker. Taste is crisp, bitter, citrusy fruity, slightly grassy and resinous, piney hoppy, slightly biscuity and spicy malty backbone, hints of grapefuit, lemon, orange some orange peel, hints of lemon biscuit and salty cracker.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Clean, crisp, refreshing and highly drinkable - good.

A2C - Apex Black Bear
Sampled at Hop On Hop Off Festival, Breda, 2026. Opaque black color, small beige to tan head. Aroma and flavor are malts, soft roast, bourbon, soy sauce, nicely bitter but also a sweet note. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Solid. 8-7,5-7-7-7

De bourbon smaak blijft lekker hangen.

Originally tried years ago from bottle. Remember it being yellow golden colored, with a white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, pleasantly lightly fruity, hints of mandarin hoppiness with a decent bitter finish. Solid tripel.

Bottle, gift from the brewer. Originally tried on August 28th, 2025. Medium dark orange to reddish color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, bitter hops, heavy bitter, distant raisins. Very pleasantly heavy bitter. I like it.
