16oz can from Woodland. Dark, clear golden, initial high fluffy head. Head settles leaving clumpy lacing. Full grainy, malty aroma, trace of lemon, grassy. Taste is mildly sweet, biscuity malts, minor bitterness. The hard water feel from Italian beers is right in there too . Wish I could be sipping this on a beach in Sardinia

Fairly hazy golden and raw honey coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall off-white head that covers the beer nicely with a slik microfoam. Aroma of fresh cryo hops with a lot of bitterness from the alpha acids with a lot of resinous, dry and citrus aspects with a light dose of malts coming through in the nose. Medium-bodied; Strong very fresh cryo hop flavours come through at first with a lot of hop bitterness along with a slight citrus and perfumey quality, but the malts are there, although relatively mild and showing way more hops and alpha acid bitterness than the malts. Aftertaste is still relatively easy-drinking without the malts here, but the fresh hops provide a nice layer and a thinner than expected hop bitterness at the end with a light citrus quality and some soft sugars, but not much of either that or the malts. Overall, a very nice, super fresh hop flavoured beer with a lot of alpha acids, but not enough malt - which is just fine for what I had wanted to have from this one - crisp and pungent in a good way. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from La Bodega in Girdwood (Alyeska Resort) on 28-June-2021 for US$3,70 sampled on the top of the Harding Icefield Trail at Kenai Fjords National Park with my daughter in celebration of my birthday on 30-June-2021.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom brown nearly black pour. Thin lasting tan head. Mocha aromas, semi sweet chocolate and smooth cold brew coffee. A quite good blending of these flavors. Some lactose mikiness as well. Smooth

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice coffee roast malts some chocolate and a sweet maple kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate maple rich roast malts and a balanced coffee.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy orange topped with a white head. Nose is sweet orange dreamcycle vanilla cream. Taste is more of the nice sweet vanilla cream lacto orange hops.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy amber with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has sour dark berries with a light funk and earthy grain supporting. Flavor has has dry and slightly sour light berries with a bit of straw and thin funk supporting.
