0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Pale yellow body with some bubbles but no head. Aroma and taste of honey, grape must, apples and a tiny bit of oak. Feels less sweet and fresher than vintage 2024, that is quite interesting. Nice one.

0.7l bottle thanks to Lore. Clear yellow body with no head. Aroma of honeycomb, licorice, oak and some medicinal notes. Sweet and tasty. I'm not a mead expert, but this one is nice.

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Clear pale yellow body with a tiny white head. Aroma and taste of elderflower, honey, apples, yeast and some cider notes. Quite sweet and effervescent. Nice one.

almost clear pale golden colour, minimal white head, which disappears promptly; aroma and taste of honey, sweet white wine and slight acetone; quite intensive carbonation (pont mintha nagyfröccsöt csinálnánk tokaji aszúból - még az alkoholtartalom is stimmel - just like a 2:1 mixture (called 'nagyfröccs') made from Tokaji aszú dessert wine and soda water - even the ABV is the same)

slightly opalescent pale yellow colour, no head at all; aroma and taste of honey and some raspberry, as well as some earthy notes; the taste is surprisingly watery, especially considering the high ABV; drinkable, though for sure will not be my favourite
