Draft 10 oz pour at Beer Junction, West Seattle. A clean and clear golden pour with a patchy, oily head. Constant, lingering bitterness, bold hops, some caramel. Imperial, but nowhere near double digits. Bold bitter hop linger. Tasty IPA. Amazed by the light feel to this huge IPA. Nice.

On tap at ittercreek Boise Mostly clear light amber. Nice toasted malt flavors. Some woody bite and bitterness but clean light and crisp.

On tap at BitterCreek. Clear orange amber full fluffy beige head. Warm sof light toasted malt flavors. Piney hops for flavor balance but not very bitter. Full smooth palate.

On tap at bittercreek boise. Pours out amber topped with a white head. Nose is nice hop floral forward some cereal malts. Taste is a little tropical fruit hop citrus some light malts to pull it together.

On Tap Dark brown black. No head. Under carbonated but smooth and soft roast flavors. Really missing the nitro that makes this style shine

On tap at prefunk boise. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice roast malts chocolate some light fruit notes. Taste is more of the nice roast malts some odd fruit maybe sour notes.

Draft at BitterCreek. Medium golden, ring of head that leaves curtains of lacing. Aroma is kind of boozy with some hoppy notes. Hops take over in taste, alcohol heat follows, but a solid malt bill supports this big brew. Tangy and sharp, warming, slick and smooth.

Draft at BittetCreek. Medium amber with small soft head, sheets of lacing. Nice soft malty aroma, favoring the English bitter style, with some latent hoppiness kicking in. Still leans way into the English styles, so that’s why I put it as an English strong.

Poured from the tap. Hazy yellow with white head. Citrus hops with light resin and tropical hops. Hint of toasted malt. Light creamy texture, good blend.
