From a 330ml bottle on 26/5/2019 (shared with Butz). Pours a deep brown with a small head. Has a powerful and lovely raspberry aroma. Taste wise, it's dominated by raspberry, chocolate and vanilla. Has a modest bitterness which provides the sweetness with some real balance. The palate is slick and the carbonation softish. A very good dessert beer, as good as their standard pastry stout which I downed yesterday.

From a 330ml bottle on 25/5/2019. Pours a fairly deep brown with a small head. Has a relatively modest sweet malt chocolate malt aroma. Flavour wise, it's intensely sweet - masses of chocolate, caramel toffee and vanilla. Finishes with a mild bitterness which matches the sweetness really nicely. Ridiculously rich, with a slick, sticky palate. Moderate carbonation. A fantastic dessert beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/12/2018 (shared with Butz). Pours a slightly opaque golden with a small head. Has a mild zesty citrus nose. The flavour largely reflects the nose - quite citrussy, both in terms of both sweet and tart, against a mild bready malt background. Finishes with a decent dash of hops. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A pleasant, friendly brew.

8.2
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 9

From a 330ml bottle on 25/7/2018. Pours a murky straw Ilike grapefruit juice) with a small white head. Has a punchy, zesty nose with some tropical fruit in the background. The taste features lots of pineapple, as well as some melon and lemon, with a slightly tart, sour bitterness finishing things off. The lactose is evident and does make it nice and creamy which adds to the experience. Moderate carbonation. I've come across a number of really good Aussie NEIPAs of late, and this is yet another. Delicious.

From a 330ml bottle on 20/3/2017. Whoever created this entry on here must have had a few too many beers before doing so! It is obviously not an APA, the ABV is actually 5.3%, and the description would appear to be for an entirely different brew (Christmas spices and red wine?). Pours a murky light golden with a small head. The nose is a bit zesty and fruity. Relatively typical NEIPA flavours - quite fruit forward, with a spicy, zesty lemony bitterness. Just doesn't quite come together for me, and could use a touch more sweetness.
