Like everything from Bierwelle that is bottled, infection is running rampant. Check your sanitation or bottling line already... From the first sniff you just know you’re gonna drain it.

Thanks kajser! Amber misty body, thick off white head, small, lasting. Citric-hoppy and sour aroma, but hey, the sourness isn’t that bad this time. Taste... light infection really, orange vitamin candy, light tartness. Light, creamy, vaguely prickly body. This actually works. This went wrong, is wrong and yet it works better than it has any right to. The only time this brewery pulls of a good beer is when something randomly goes the wrong way in a good way.

Thanks kajser! Cola brown/red/amber, medium retention. Dry maltiness and cabbage in the aroma. Sourish taste, vague traces of dark malts underneath, but completely subdued and battered. Lean taste. No excuse, waste of time, money and liver.

Thanks kajser! Misty amber-red body, off white, lasting white head. Impressive look really. Sour yet perfumey aroma, terrible and infected, some malty, fruity touches keeping it from utter failure. But borderline. Sour taste, fruity touches, earthy touches, tangerine, mild carbonation, shite. Typical.

Unclear, golden orange colored, small white head. Aroma is soury but unlike most Bierwelle beers this one seems like an intentional Lambic instead of an infection. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit fruity, some funk, soury, maybe some quite light chili. Medium- bodied, soft+ carbonation.

Not a DIPA.... not only is it infected and sour af as most Bierwelle bottles, it also lies!

Another infection from Bierwelle... There is some malt and pepper underneath but nothing good... Can’t find any IPA qualities here.

Tried another bottle, fresh from the store this time. Infection is still young so not sour yet but it's still not good. Some roasty notes with a bit of floral hops, bit dirty character. Nothing worth repeating even in this condition. Old: Another infected bottle from Bierwelle... Diacetyl and the standard sour Bierwelle notes.

Brown colored, some floaters, small non lasting tan head. Aroma is of some malt, honey, bit toasty, light chocolate, sour like all of them. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit toast and chocolate, infected and sour... Medium bodied, soft+ carbonation.
