On tap at the cidery. Pours pale golden. Aroma is green apple, booze - must be the moonshine. Flavor is tart Granny Smith apple, wood, booze, light earth. Not bad at all. Would like perhaps more barrel.

On tap at the cidery. Pours golden with somewhat lively carbonation. Aroma is pumpkin meat and apple. Flavor is apple, some sort of vegetation (not necessarily pumpkin but that’s what they’re saying it is), light spice - very light spice.

Keg at the cidery. Clear pink. Aroma of pear, berry, funk. Taste is tart berries, pepper, sweet apples, mild funk. Medium bodied. They seemed proud of the fact this spontaneously developed sourness. It works... Barely.
