Keg at the cidery. Clear pale golden, no head. Aroma of earth, dry apples. Taste is earth, pepper, citrus, caramel, sweet apples. Medium bodied.

Keg at the cidery. Clear golden, thin fizzy white head. Aroma of piney, lemony hops, dry apples. Taste is piney, peppery hop, lemon, dry apples. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. Decent.
