Clear (clear!l dark orange with plenty of lacey white head. Nose is easy soap and home and crackery malt, citrus and citrus pith. Flavor is chewy and malt, soapy and citrus. Medium bodied, dry and chewy finish.

Bold roasted coffee body - strong but not overpowering. Maybe a bit smoky, and a well defined maple finish without being too sweet. Not boozy at all, and very complex.
