Bold roasted coffee body - strong but not overpowering. Maybe a bit smoky, and a well defined maple finish without being too sweet. Not boozy at all, and very complex.

Florals and a little pink bubblegum. Golden pour with good head, lacing. Light sweet finish. A little hint of lemon, ginger. Tap at Sovereign.

A bit spiced compared to a typical saison, and perhaps a bit drier. Very crisp, well done.
