Can pours deep black, solid head. Roast and caramel on the nose, toast. Flavor has some caramel and plenty of roast. Finishes with some burnt bitterness.

16 oz. can from the brewery thanks to Craftyhalfpint. Aroma is mild vanilla with sour wheat. Flavor shows mild vanilla upfront with a long lasting strong tarts, strawberry like character. Nicely tart. Maybe even shows a mild note of banana. Quite an interesting beer!

Fantastic sour - lots of black currant and vanilla but almost has a bit of graham cracker spice giving it a kind of parfait flavor. Not to tart, not too sweet.

Can from my parents: pours amber with beige head. Aroma is caramel, earthy. Taste is lightly sweet, earthy, low bitterness. Fine.
